Responsibilities
- Tackle responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals.
- Develop and implement best practices and workflows for all Corgan offices, with a primary focus on computational design solutions.
- Provide BIM leadership and mentoring to staff of all levels.
- Enhance day-to-day operations in the firm by being a conscientious, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented team player.
- Support architects and interior designers in practice technology implementation throughout the design and construction process.
- Provide technical assistance through in-person, phone, and instant message communication.
- Conduct training sessions in computational design and BIM related topics across the firm.
- Develop and maintain UI/UX, matching company brand standards.
Requirements
- Architectural or Interior Design Degree plus 4+ years of experience in professional environments.
- Experience coding with C# or Python (preferred).
- Experience creating add-ins for Autodesk Revit.
- Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) integration experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with parametric design through Grasshopper, Rhino.
- Experience with sustainability analysis tools (preferred).
- Experience with generative design, performance-driven design optimization, and data visualization.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other Git based version control (preferred).
Qualifications
- Full-time on-site position requiring regular, reliable attendance from Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
