Practice Team Lead - Woods Mill Orthopedics

Position Summary

Responsible for assisting manager in the oversight of operations of a single practice or support service in compliance with St. Luke’s Medical Group policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Daily onsite supervision of office functions
• Aids in the development and implementation of processes to maximize operational efficiencies and patient satisfaction
• Promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team
• Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical office setting required
