Practice Supervisor - OBGYN - Westchester Medical Group - Hartsdale/Yonkers

About the Role

As a Practice Supervisor, you will help mentor, inspire and engage staff. In collaboration with the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all clerical staff and services. You will organize and direct the workflow in the department and assign work appropriately to staff in order to ensure optimal patient-centered care. The Practice Supervisor will assist with developing patient-focused solutions to influence the overall delivery of care and services to our patients while overseeing the operational, financial and quality of the practice.

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, Monday – Friday, day shift (8:00am – 5:00PM)
• Position at NYP Westchester Medical Group
• Must demonstrate flexibility to provide coverage at other Westchester Medical Group locations when needed
• Primary locations: 141 S. Central Ave. Suite 205, Hartsdale, NY; 2510 Westchester Ave, Bronx, NY; 984 N. Broadway, 3rd Floor Ste. 300, Yonkers, NY
• All roles require on-site presence; employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP

Required Criteria

• Associate's Degree or equivalent related work experience
• 1-3 years' work experience

Preferred Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous supervisory experience
• Knowledgeable of all aspects of billing, excel, meditech
• Knowledgeable of KRONOS/UKG
• Knowledgeable of Workday
• Knowledge of EMR – EPIC

Pay

$66,300-$89,000/Annual
