About the role
As a Practice Supervisor, you'll serve as a Practice Manager in Training, leading daily clinic operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day clinic operations and staff performance
- Supporting provider scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and patient experience
- Coaching, developing, and engaging team members while fostering OnePeak's culture and values
- Resolving employee and patient concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitoring clinic productivity, inventory, scheduling, timecards, and compliance
- Partnering with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational goals
- Providing hands-on support to front and back office teams as needed
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of supervisory or leadership experience (preferred in primary care)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Medical Assistant experience (strongly preferred)
- CMA, CPT, or Associate degree in a medical field (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally between clinic locations
Qualifications
Compensation: $52,275 - $61,500 annually
