Practice Supervisor
About the role
As Practice Supervisor for the Primary Care group, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 healthcare professionals and support staff at a single practice location. This role is vital to ensuring efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, and a seamless patient experience. The scope of work includes directing team activities, training, liaison roles, and supporting standard work, process improvement, staffing, payroll administration, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Directs the activities of team members within assigned area and ensures the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction.
- Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members, and practice manager in daily operations.
- Supports standard work, process improvement, staffing, payroll administration, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Oversees team member performance, coaching, development, attendance management, and employee relations while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, management, or other related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, or other related field preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare leadership or relevant leadership experience preferred.
- Clinical background preferred.
