Practice Mgr. III-UMCEPH SW Ortho Clinic

About the role

Responsible for the overall clinical operations and general oversight of staff management across the UMC El Paso Healthcare, Inc. practice network. Ensures interdisciplinary collaboration among Associates, leadership and provider colleagues to develop the necessary processes and infrastructure. Collaborates with the management team to set departmental priorities in accordance with overall organizational goals and departmental objectives.

Responsibilities

• Key initiatives include clinical practice operations, scheduling personnel and staff, training, and standardized documentation.
• Implement necessary policies, procedures and programming to ensure a consistent experience with care and support.
• Monitor monthly financial results, variance reporting and develop action plans to meet established goals.
• Monitor outcome measures and share variances with Associates for continuous process improvement in the clinical area.

Requirements

• Three years of supervisory/management experience required, preferably in a clinical setting or a large medical multispecialty group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a Business‑related field required.
• Master of Business or Healthcare Administration highly preferred.
