Responsibilities

• Ensures interdisciplinary collaboration among Associates, leadership and provider colleagues to develop necessary processes and infrastructure.
• Collaborates with the management team to set departmental priorities in accordance with overall organizational goals and departmental objectives.
• Manages clinical practice operations, including scheduling personnel and staff.
• Trains staff and implements standardized documentation to ensure a consistent experience with care and support.
• Monitors financial results, variance reporting, and actions plans to meet established goals.
• Maintains continuous process improvement in the clinical area by monitoring outcome measures and sharing variances with Associates.
