Practice Manager - Westrock Orthodontics

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business.
• Ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to the patient base is adhered to.
• Supports the company vision, upholds the values, and creates a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred).
• CPR training (preferred).
• 1+ years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management (plus).
• Good conflict resolution skills.
• Proven work history of excellence.
