About the Role

Manages the daily operations of one or more medical practices. Responsibilities include planning programs, allocating and assigning duties, reviewing medical records for compliance and billing, and monitoring activities to ensure the practice meets its objectives. Additional duties may involve personnel management, financial oversight, clerical tasks, housekeeping, maintenance, and purchasing functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs the operations of the assigned clinic(s), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
• Communicates operational opportunities and best practices to the Director of Operations (DOO).
• Implements and maintains best practices across assigned clinic(s).
• Collaborates with the DOO to establish and enforce revenue management policies, procedures, and systems for effective billing and collections.
• Utilizes performance reporting structures, including performance scorecards, operations and financial reporting, and other region or clinic-specific metrics.
• Defines job responsibilities, required qualifications/competencies, and measurable performance expectations for all positions.
• Exercises independent judgment in recruiting, training, coaching, supervising, and directing assigned staff.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and related experience: Required.
• Master's degree: Preferred.
• Three years of technical experience: Preferred.
• One year of leadership experience: Preferred.

Qualifications

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per Adventist Health policy: Preferred.

Pay

The estimated base pay for this position is $78,000 to $95,519. Additional individual compensation may be available through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.

Schedule

• Full-time temporary position.
• Shift length: 8 hours.
