Practice Manager – OBGYN

Job Duties

• Oversee the business and patient care functions of the assigned UCLA Health Community Clinics.
• Supervise the medical front and back office staff.
• Cook up and coordinate clinical services.
• Provide daily administrative and operational oversight and physical space management.
• Supervision is minimal. Interpretation and original problem solving are required.
• Assignments are given in terms of broad organizational goals and objectives.
• Goal attainment is reviewed with the Director of assigned practice on a regular basis through formal and informal discussions.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Salary Range

$70,900 – $145,200 annually
