Practice Managers play a pivotal role in Banfield Pet Hospitals, driving business results and fostering an engaging team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and develop associates
• Evaluate hospital's processes, progress, and productivity
• Train associates on Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and hospital services
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, time off, and continuing education
• Budget and plan for the hospital
• Deal with daily operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience
• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Leadership and analytical know-how

Pay

Salary range for this role is $60,630.99 to $87,578.10. Specific pay rates are dependent on experience, skill level, education, abilities of the candidate, and geographic location.
