About the role
Our busy, patient-focused primary care clinic is seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to lead and support a high-performing team, optimize operations, and ensure an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance improvement
- Maintain clinic productivity, revenue cycle processes, and operational metrics
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with providers to continually improve patient care and service
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in healthcare or medical practice management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Experience with EMR systems, scheduling, and healthcare operations preferred
Qualifications
- GED or High School diploma is required
- Bachelor Degree is preferred
