Practice Manager - Impact Oral Surgery

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations through constant daily monitoring and weekly reporting.
• Ensure a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to the patient base.
• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business.
• Achieve the company vision, uphold the values, and create a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred).
• CPR training (preferred).
• 1+ years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management (plus).
• Good conflict resolution skills.
• Proven work history of excellence.
