Position: Practice Manager II
Location: Swedish Hospital
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
What You Will Do
- Providing strong leadership for medical practices, ensuring they align with the hospital's mission and values.
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of practice managers, medical assistants, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Managing the financial aspects of practices, including budget development, revenue cycle management, and expense control to achieve financial objectives.
- Developing and executing strategic plans for practice growth, patient access, and the introduction of new services.
- Establishing and monitoring quality assurance and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Focusing on patient satisfaction and engagement, addressing patient concerns and maintaining a high level of patient care quality.
- Implementing streamlined processes, optimizing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource utilization.
- Overseeing the effective use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology to enhance patient care and practice performance.
- Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the practices, providing regular reports on performance in areas such as patient volume, revenue, and patient satisfaction.
- Working closely with physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and achieve organizational goals.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration/Management
- Master’s degree in business or a healthcare related discipline preferred
- 3 Years experience in healthcare management, with a strong background in managing medical practices
- Financial management, operations management, and Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
- CPR-BLS - American Heart Association (AHA) Preferred
