Practice Manager II

This position has administrative responsibility for designated practices yet collaborates within an integrated healthcare delivery system. Customers include, but are not limited to, regional leadership, physicians, providers, practice management, and staff. External customers include patients, their caretakers, regulatory bodies, vendors, and the community. This Practice Manager supports 12+ providers and supervises the staff associates. The scope of this role includes practice management of an outpatient ambulatory site. Management includes multiple specialties, clinics, and providers. The clinic operations will report directly to this role, and this role will have direct supervisory and managerial functions of the clinic’s practice.
Responsibilities
- Develops plans to identify and reach short and long-term goals and assure development and compliance with operating and capital budgets and achievements of financial performance.
- Responsible for administration of business, financial, and practice functions of the practice.
- Aids in the development and maintenance of physician and community relations to further our services within the community.
- Serves as the liaison with each service line and joint venture within the clinic.
- Builds collaborative relationships with physicians and associates to achieve high levels of patient and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Required High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare related field with at least two (2) years management experience.
Physical Requirements: Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)

Pay Range: $34.14 - $59.33 /hour
