Practice Manager II

About the role

Provides quality management oversight in the areas of access, financial performance, clinical effectiveness and patient, physician, and employee satisfaction in order to ensure successful clinic operations and maximum quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Quality management oversight in the areas of access, financial performance, clinical effectiveness and patient, physician, and employee satisfaction
• Ensure successful clinic operations and maximum quality patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 4+ years management experience or advancement in the career ladder from a Practice Manager I after 2 years in the system with last two consecutive evaluations prefer rating is exceeds or above
• Proven financial management skills
• Excellent communication/leadership ability
• Knowledge of all clinic operations such as billing/coding, accounting and medical software systems

Qualifications

• This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
