Practice Manager I-II - Family Medicine, Centennial

Key Responsibilities

• Affords an appropriate staffing/skill mix for the practice and applicable diagnostic and procedural areas.
• Adjusts exam and procedural room assignments to physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to maximize efficiency and improve workflows.
• Collaborates with HR, ambulatory leadership, and with physician input, makes the final decision for all staff hires into the practice.
• Maintains oversight of the working order and use of stock supplies.
• Regularly evaluates and adjusts triage operations to ensure efficiency.
• Monitors and adjusts front desk operations (reception, registration, scheduling, co-pays, etc.) for accuracy and efficiency.
• Safeguards the service expectations of both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Practice Manager I: Bachelor of Science in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing; Four or more (4+) years of job-related/clinic experience.
• Practice Manager II: Bachelor of Science in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing; Five or more (5+) years of job-related/clinic experience.

Conditions of Employment

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in-person.
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations.
