Job Summary

The Practice Manager will be responsible for the supervision of all staff including clerical and clinical staff for one or more assigned practices. This includes those staff who are working in the designated Rural Health Clinics.

Education Required

• Associates degree in a healthcare related field or business field or equivalent management/work experience.

Experience Required

• Minimum of one-year experience in physician practice operations.
• Management and multi-specialty experience.
• Supervisory and/or lead position experience.

Department Position Summary

The Practice Manager will be responsible for the supervision of all staff including clerical and clinical staff for one or more assigned practices. He/she will be responsible for advising and seeking consent of management to coordinate and supervise activities of the assigned practices.
