Position Summary

We are seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager to support and lead our dental practice. This role involves empowering the dental team to deliver a best-in-class dental experience to our patients, seeing lives change, and contributing to the community's health and well-being.

About the Role

You will oversee the business operations of the patient journey, including patient scheduling, reception, supporting the patient experience, visit completion, and patient return. You will lead a team of practice team members to ensure they bring out the best in themselves and our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling and reception
  • Support the patient experience and visit completion
  • Lead a team to improve the dental team's performance and patient satisfaction
  • Ensure the practice adheres to high standards of care and customer service
  • Collaborate with the office leader to implement strategies that enhance the patient journey
  • Contribute to the practice's charitable efforts by managing the donation of proceeds from Tooth Whitening services

Requirements

  • Previous experience (3+ years) as the office/practice manager of a busy service-oriented multi-specialty dental practice
  • A demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience
  • Absolutely love people, working in teams, and demonstrating an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatness
  • A degree (Associates or Bachelor) with 3+ years of relevant experience in dental practice operations and management
  • Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems such as Dentrix/Ascend
  • Knowledge and understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles
  • A willingness to build trust to achieve results

Qualifications

  • Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
