The Practice Manager

The Practice Manager (PM) oversees all aspects of the location's business operations. As a team leader at a "people first" organization, the PM guides their team through development programs including coaching, mentoring, and performance management. The PM ensures memorable patient experiences, drives top line sales, increases margins, controls payroll expenses, and boosts profitability to meet the company's business objectives.

• Guides team through development programs of coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensures professional eye exams and medical services are provided, quality product selection is made, acceptance of vision insurance plans is ensured, and remarkable patient service is delivered.
• Works closely with District Manager to achieve and exceed financial plans for the practice.
• Builds an effective team that collaborates to achieve results.
• Identifies and selects top talent that aligns with AEG's values and has the ability to recruit for long-term sustainability.
• Adapts to new problems and solves creatively.
• Ensures daily sales reviews are conducted, identifies gaps, and implements solutions to close those gaps.
• Protects the company through loss prevention.
• Partners with Human Resources to ensure employees are committed to the handbook guidelines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional setting background with leadership capacity.
• Business Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related experience in management field.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Optician Certification preferred.
