About the role

The Practice Director of Organizational Effectiveness will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness across various departments. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational structures and processes, as well as strong leadership skills to drive change and support team growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and implement solutions.
  • Evaluate current practices and recommend changes to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs to ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Monitor progress against goals and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, human resources, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment preferred.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience with performance management systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience with organizational design and restructuring.
