Practice Director
Position Summary
Affords responsibility for the smooth operation of the physician practice.
- Accurately processes all human resources paperwork as well as dealing with employee management
- Handling of all the practice financials – end of month, budget
- Recruitment and interviewing skills
- Attends and conducts meetings
- Performance Improvement
- Quality Improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred: Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Science, Nursing or related area.
- Required: Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5 years healthcare management experience which includes financial reporting and budget preparation and monitoring.
- Preferred: Supervisory experience preferred.
