Practice Clinical Supervisor , RN - AMG Cardiology Outpatient - Multiple Location
About the role
A Clinical Supervisor, RN is needed to manage a clinical area in Morristown, Parsippany, Mendham, Bridgewater and Warren. Must have Cardiology experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care, including preparation for patient visits, assessment, advocacy, working with physicians on medications and care plans
- Supervises and guides Nurses and certified Medical Assistants
- Conducts phone triaging
- Oversees medication management
- Edits patients and families, and coordinates and participates in community education programs
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served
- Oversees clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors
- Conducts Clinical meetings
- Maintains clinical productivity reports and provides updates to leadership
- Visits offices to check on clinical staff and operations and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid NJ RN license preferred
- 5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices
- 5+ years of direct Cardiology or related experience
- Ability to multitask and handle a lot at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and confidentiality
