Practice Clinical Supervisor , RN - AMG Cardiology Outpatient - Multiple Location

About the role

A Clinical Supervisor, RN is needed to manage a clinical area in Morristown, Parsippany, Mendham, Bridgewater and Warren. Must have Cardiology experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct patient care, including preparation for patient visits, assessment, advocacy, working with physicians on medications and care plans
  • Supervises and guides Nurses and certified Medical Assistants
  • Conducts phone triaging
  • Oversees medication management
  • Edits patients and families, and coordinates and participates in community education programs
  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served
  • Oversees clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors
  • Conducts Clinical meetings
  • Maintains clinical productivity reports and provides updates to leadership
  • Visits offices to check on clinical staff and operations and compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Valid NJ RN license preferred
  • 5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices
  • 5+ years of direct Cardiology or related experience
  • Ability to multitask and handle a lot at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism and confidentiality
