Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and candidate qualifications.
- Prepare and present compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Arrange and conduct final interviews and assessments.
- Facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience working with legal compliance and confidentiality requirements.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
