Practice Ambassador

About the role

The Practice Ambassador role at Bloom Healthcare is a dynamic sales position, centered on cultivating referral relationships and partnerships with assisted, memory care, and independent living communities, skilled settings, and any type of referral source that services our patient population.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the design and implementation of Bloom's market strategy
• Oversight and management of all respective call points in the territory: Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, as well as all outside care and referral partners (home health, hospice, placement agencies, non-medical, etc.)
• Successfully obtaining monthly, quarterly and annual budget numbers and quotas ensuring the growth of the organization
• Education and meeting face to face with our patients and their families to assist them through the enrollment process

Requirements

• Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Assisted Living, Hospital, Home Health, Hospice, and/or like industry is a must
• College degree is preferred
• Proven track record of success in multiple sales roles
• Clean driving record
• Able to work in US
