About the role
The Practice Ambassador role at Bloom Healthcare is a dynamic sales position, centered on cultivating referral relationships and partnerships with assisted, memory care, and independent living communities, skilled settings, and any type of referral source that services our patient population.
Responsibilities
- Fostering referral relationships
- Educating potential partners and patients about our services
- Affirming the benefits of our home-based primary care and hospice solutions
- Increasing referral volume and census growth
- Expanding access to high-quality in-home care for patients
- Serving as a key player in the growth and success of our practice and hospice
Requirements
- Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Assisted Living, Hospital, Home Health, Hospice, and/or like industry is a must
- College degree is preferred
- Proven track record of success in multiple sales roles
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work in US
