Practice Administrator - multi-site
Job Summary/Objective
The Practice Administrator oversees all administrative and business operations for assigned care centers in Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Boca, Weston, and Ft. Lauderdale. They supervise front office and clinical staff, foster a positive patient experience, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Leadership & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team; cultivate a respectful workplace; facilitate staff meetings.
Operational Agility: Oversee workflows and staffing schedules to ensure seamless clinic coverage and patient flow.
Financial & Operational Excellence: Manage P&L, accounts receivable, and CPT frequency; translate reports into actionable strategies; analyze and optimize schedules.
Compliance & Patient Advocacy: Ensure regulatory compliance and patient confidentiality; represent the practice at meetings.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Management required; Master’s Degree (MHA/MBA) preferred; 7–10 years of progressive management experience in high-volume healthcare environments.
Advanced Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with EMR systems and data-driven performance metrics; experience leading teams in a data-rich environment.

Travel between offices within a care center required.
