About the role
Oversees patient, referral, team, and doctor satisfaction; drives practice growth and performance.
Responsibilities
- Hires, trains, and manages staff;
- Sets goals;
- Makes performance reviews;
- Implements policies and procedures;
- Maintains a safe, positive workplace;
- Manages HR functions including scheduling;
- Leads change initiatives;
- Troubleshoots issues proactively;
- Ensures compliance with protocols;
- Communicates regularly with team and doctors;
- Manages facilities and environment improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of five years’ related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of dental/medical terminology;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
