About the role

Oversees patient, referral, team, and doctor satisfaction; drives practice growth and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Hires, trains, and manages staff;
  • Sets goals;
  • Makes performance reviews;
  • Implements policies and procedures;
  • Maintains a safe, positive workplace;
  • Manages HR functions including scheduling;
  • Leads change initiatives;
  • Troubleshoots issues proactively;
  • Ensures compliance with protocols;
  • Communicates regularly with team and doctors;
  • Manages facilities and environment improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of five years’ related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental/medical terminology;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management procedures.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
