Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a multi-location medical practice serving patients in Kendall and Homestead, Florida. The Practice Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations across both locations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong administrative, financial, operational, and staff management skills. The position requires equal attention to both locations throughout the week. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative and operational functions across both practice locationsEnsure all required daily operational activities are completed accurately and on timeManage practice workflows, staff, scheduling, and operational efficiencyOversee invoice management and bill paymentsManage payroll functions using QuickBooksMaintain accurate financial and administrative recordsWork within eClinicalWorks EMR for practice operations and documentationMonitor practice performance and identify opportunities for operational improvementEnsure compliance with practice policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsCoordinate with physicians, clinical staff, administrative teams, vendors, and external partnersSupport staffing, employee management, training, and performance oversightMonitor supplies, equipment, and general facility operationsHelp ensure consistent standards and workflows across both locationsSupport Office-Based Surgery (OBS) operations when applicableMaintain strong communication with leadership regarding practice performance and operational needsBe available outside regular business hours when operational needs require Required Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Practice Administrator, Practice Manager, Healthcare Administrator, or similar leadership roleStrong understanding of medical practice operationsExperience with eClinicalWorks EMR - RequiredWorking knowledge of QuickBooks/payroll - RequiredExperience with invoice management and bill payment - RequiredStrong financial and administrative management skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesStrong leadership and staff management skillsAbility to manage operations across multiple locationsAbility to work independently and make sound operational decisionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to changing operational priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience in Cardiac and/or Vascular MedicineExperience with Office-Based Surgery (OBS)Multi-location medical practice management experienceExperience with specialty medical practicesKnowledge of healthcare billing and revenue cycle operations Non-Negotiable Expectations The successful candidate must be comfortable with and willing to perform the required daily functional operations outlined in the practice's administrative SOP. Candidates who are unwilling or hesitant to take responsibility for the required daily operational functions should not be considered. Schedule & Availability Monday-Friday8:00 AM-5:00 PMSalaried positionOccasional evening and weekend communication may be required based on operational needsEqual attention required across the Kendall and Homestead locations
