Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and clinical supervision for students in the Practical Nursing Program
• Help develop and deliver specialized healthcare training programs
• Build relationships with healthcare employers and community partners
• Support the growth and development of healthcare training opportunities at Penn College at Wellsboro
• Use your clinical nursing expertise to make a direct impact on students and the healthcare workforce

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• RN with at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Extensive knowledge of nursing operations, equipment, and processes
• Established plan to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing by completion of your fifth year of employment

Pay

$72,000–$82,000 annually, based on education and experience.
