Powerline Helper

Key Responsibilities

• Assist linemen in installing, repairing, and maintaining overhead and underground power lines
• Handle and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
• Set up safety barriers and warning signs to secure work areas
• Climb poles and work at heights under supervision, following safety protocols
• Support in the inspection and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries

Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor and climb poles
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic understanding of electrical systems (not required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)
