Responsibilities
- Supervise Power Plant wage operating and maintenance personnel
- Maintain necessary operating and maintenance logs and records
- Trouble-shoot operating issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with all environmental and regulatory requirements
- Direct work of outside contractors performing maintenance/repair work as necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Massachusetts 3rd Class Stationary Engineer’s License is required
- Massachusetts 1st or 2nd Class Stationary Engineer’s License strongly preferred
- Supervisory experience in a Power Generation Facility preferred
- Process Control Systems experience preferred
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts and holidays required

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $121,000. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience. Candidates are encouraged to discuss their salary questions during the interview process.
