Responsibilities
- Monitor, inspect, and maintain boilers, chillers, and HVAC and auxiliary equipment.
- Ensure safe and proper delivery of required services and utilities.
- Fires boilers according to detailed specifications and schedules.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Advanced training/experience in physical plant operations.
- HVAC equipment operation experience.
- Knowledge of personal computer operation.
- Stationary Engineer license OR Power Engineer License (minimum Class 4).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hospital plant operations experience.
- Previous experience with an automated energy management system.
