Power Washing Lead Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform excellent power washing alongside your team. You will be a leader, but you will also be power washing — our goal is for every single customer to be delighted with your work.
• Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members.
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner.
• Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard.
• Drive a commercial box truck (no CDL required).
• Monitor work activity to ensure team members remain productive, focused, and following company standards during work hours.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of proven leadership experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence.
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule (e.g., early mornings).
