This unique full-time role combines hands-on exterior cleaning services with proactive business development. Approximately 50-60% of your time will be spent performing power washing and cleaning services, while 40-50% will be dedicated to door-to-door marketing, lead generation, and sales efforts in residential neighborhoods and commercial business districts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with customers, building relationships, and contributing directly to the growth of the business. Experience is not required, but preference will be given to candidates who are comfortable working with small engines, have strong customer service skills, and are confident engaging homeowners, property managers, and business owners through door-to-door prospecting and sales. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This role requires regular travel throughout the local market for residential and commercial sales prospecting activities. Schedule Seeking flexible availability. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional evening, weekend, or overnight work depending on customer requirements and project schedules.
