Role & Responsibility
- Drive North America generator market share growth.
- Work across North America to secure business with large multi-state customers in specific targeted markets such as commercial construction, utilities and commercial infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned Key Accounts. Manage relationships with key decision makers to influence buying decisions.
- Provide generator application, sizing, and field analysis support for dealers, District Managers, government agencies, and key customers.
- Support OSMI removal, remarketing sales, and seed-to-flower trade package management.
- Aid in market price recommendations and conduct margin analysis for major accounts.
- Support FEMA and government bid preparation and monitor success metrics.
- Provide sales leads to District Managers through EDA reporting and other sources.
- Collaborate with the Strategy Team on new product development justification.
Technical & Product Support
- Provide generator application expertise at the dealer and district level.
- Report emerging generator industry trends during monthly business reviews.
Marketing, Brand & Industry Engagement
- Support trade publications, product launches, and major trade show activities.
- Represent the brand at key industry events.
- Aid Marketing with campaign content, social media input, and VOC for new generator initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, Strategy, Technical Service, and District Sales teams to align efforts around product development, market messaging, and field support.
- Provide industry experience and VOC to guide new generator projects.
Sales Development
- Prepare account specific sales plans when warranted to drive revenue growth and share improvement.
- Facilitate product knowledge demonstrations/seminars on Bobcat and Doosan equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proactive resolution to exceed customer expectations.
Job Requirement
- Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
- Experience Required: 5+7 years
- Travel Required: >50%
- High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous Doosan Bobcat or related industry experience
- Ability to consistently articulate the Doosan and Bobcat value proposition to high level customers
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently – Sales driven
- Excellent organizational skills
- MS Office Suite proficiency
