About the role

The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for prioritizing and scheduling commercial, industrial, and EPG service work in the field, providing exceptional customer service. This individual will present accurate quotes to customers, open revenue and work orders, and develop and maintain good relationships with customers, technicians, and other team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Five years of field service operations or similar experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment.
• Prior industry knowledge and a technical background with the products that are sold and serviced.

Skills

• Strong computer skills and understanding of CAT information retrieval systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service, leadership, adaptability, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated individual.

• Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
