About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing innovative solutions for complex environmental projects. Provide technical guidance and ensure project deliverables meet high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, including budget management and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to address environmental challenges.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory standards and environmental guidelines.
  • Manage client relationships and represent the company in professional settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
