Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Manage project teams, including coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle pressure effectively.
  • Qualifications

    • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
    • Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies.
    • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices.

    • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluency in English.

    Pay

    Schedule
