Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Manage project teams, including coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle pressure effectively.
- Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
