About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to meet project milestones.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep all parties informed and aligned on project progress.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and deliver high-quality project outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management or sustainability.
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong understanding of environmental impact assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in sustainability or engineering preferred.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of local and international sustainability standards and regulations.
