Job Purpose
The Fleet Sales Unit Lead oversees the strategy, execution, and performance of fleet programs across the Powersports, Power Equipment, and Marine divisions. This role leads a cross-functional department responsible for fleet sales operations, dealer engagement, dealer training, RFP and claim submission processes. The manager ensures that revenue goals are met, dealer relationships are strengthened, and operational workflow runs efficiently and compliantly. This leader acts as the primary point of accountability for fleet program performance, process development, dealer experience, and alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Warranty, and Finance.

Qualifications, Experience, And Skills
- Minimum Educational Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent work-related experience
- Proficient in all MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in SAP/Business Objects and/or MS SQL
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 8+ years of powersports dealership operations
- Strong analytical, written/oral communication, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with both intra-department and intra-organization contacts
- Ability to lead
- Other Job-Specific Skills: Strong negotiation skills, Knowledge of Powersports Products, Power Equipment & Marine: Honda and Competitors, Experience in developing presentations and presenting to large groups, Results driven, strong work ethic, self-motivated, Travel & department budget management
