We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Company Overview" maybe? It's not a required heading but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "Company Overview" is generic; we could treat as "About the role"? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map content accordingly. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: Job description: "If you love high profile and challenging projects supporting the US Navy and Commercial Customers - Serco has a great opportunity for you! Serco is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Microsoft Power Platform Engineer capable of understanding technical details across a wide variety of disciplines to join our Maritime Engineering Operation (MEO). This candidate will design, develop, and support low-code solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) in support of Department of the Navy programs. The ideal candidate holds an active U.S. Secret clearance and has hands-on experience working with the Navy’s Flankspeed environment and governance model. This role will partner with mission stakeholders, systems engineers, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable business and data solutions. This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer your Secret clearance post-employment." Then "In This Role, You Will" list of duties. Then "To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have" list of requirements. Then "Additional Beneficial Qualifications" list. Then "Bring your expertise..." maybe part of closing. Then "Company Overview" paragraph. Then "Wherever you work..." etc. Then "Serco is a place you can count on..." etc. Then "To review Serco benefits please visit: ..." (application instruction) - remove. Then "If you require an accommodation..." - remove. Then "Please note, due to EEOC/OFCCP compliance..." - remove EEO boilerplate. Then "Pay Transparency" section includes description of benefits and salary range: "Salary range: The range for this position can be found at the top of this posting." This is not actual numbers; it's placeholder. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It mentions salary range but says can be found at top of posting (not provided). It's vague; we might not include Pay section because no actual numbers. However there is a Benefits section later with list of benefits. That is substantive: "Benefits – Comprehensible benefits for full-time employees (part-time employees receive a limited package tailored to their role): Medical, dental, and vision insurance Robust vacation and sick leave benefits, and flexible work arrangements where permitted by role or contract 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds Tuition reimbursement program Life insurance and disability coverage Optional coverages that can be purchased, including pet insurance, home and auto insurance, additional life and accident insurance, critical illness insurance, group legal, ID theft protection Birth, adoption, parental leave benefits Employee Assistance Plan". Also "To review all Serco benefits please visit: https://careers.serco-na.com/us/en/about-us." (application instruction) remove. Also "Serco complies with all applicable state and local leave laws..." maybe part of benefits but we can keep. Thus we have sections: About the role (maybe combine initial paragraph and company overview?), Responsibilities (the In This Role, You Will list), Requirements (To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have list), Qualifications (Additional Beneficial Qualifications list), Skills (maybe we can extract from requirements? but we could combine). Benefits (the benefits list). Pay? Not provided actual numbers, so omit. Schedule? Not provided. We need to avoid duplication. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's craft:

About the role

This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer your Secret clearance post-employment.

Maybe also include company overview? Could be part of About the role but we could add a separate

About Serco

but not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use those headings as examples, not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should stick to those. So we can put company overview under About the role or maybe omit. But we need to preserve all substantive information; company overview is substantive but not required heading. Could we include it as a

under About the role? Yes. Thus About the role paragraph can include both the role description and company overview. Now Responsibilities: list from "In This Role, You Will". We'll create

  • each bullet. Requirements: from "To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have". List. Qualifications: Additional Beneficial Qualifications list. Skills: maybe we can extract skill items from requirements? But we could also create a Skills section summarizing technical skills: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Flankspeed, API integration, etc. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can list them as they appear. Could create a Skills section that lists the specific technical skills mentioned: Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, Power BI reports/dashboards, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, custom connectors, Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, Azure Functions, AD/Azure AD, etc. But that might be considered summarizing; but it's still preserving detail. However we already have those details in Responsibilities and Qualifications; creating a separate Skills section might duplicate. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we skip Skills section and keep Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. About the role covers overview. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. Now Benefits: list as
    • . We must remove application instructions like "To review Serco benefits please visit: ..." and "If you require an accommodation..." etc. Also remove "Pay Transparency" paragraph (since no actual numbers). Also remove "Serco complies with all applicable state and local leave laws..." maybe part of benefits but we can keep as a

under Benefits. Let's extract benefits list exactly: "Benefits – Comprehensible benefits for full-time employees (part-time employees receive a limited package tailored to their role): Medical, dental, and vision insuranceRobust vacation and sick leave benefits, and flexible work arrangements where permitted by role or contract401(k) plan that includes employer matching fundsTuition reimbursement programLife insurance and disability coverageOptional coverages that can be purchased, including pet insurance, home and auto insurance, additional life and accident insurance, critical illness insurance, group legal, ID theft protectionBirth, adoption, parental leave benefitsEmployee Assistance Plan" There are missing spaces; we need to format nicely. We'll split into items: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Robust vacation and sick leave benefits, and flexible work arrangements where permitted by role or contract - 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds - Tuition reimbursement program - Life insurance and disability coverage - Optional coverages that can be purchased, including pet insurance, home and auto insurance, additional life and accident insurance, critical illness insurance, group legal, ID theft protection - Birth, adoption, parental leave benefits - Employee Assistance Plan Also maybe include "Serco complies with all applicable state and local leave laws, including providing time off under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act for eligible Colorado residents, in alignment with our policies and benefit plans." This is a benefit-related statement; we can keep as a

after list. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
