Power Platform Techno-Functional Analyst

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Power Platform Techno-Functional Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Power Platform implementations across all project phases
• Identify client requirements through discovery meetings
• Deliver services using PowerApps, Power BI, and SharePoint among others
• Provide technical expertise for designing Power Platform solutions
• Conduct end-user training and maintain documentation
• Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Ensure high quality, bug-free development aligning with coding standards
• Participate in scrum meetings and present daily status reports
• Stay updated on Power Platform latest features and updates

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in designing complex common data models
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
• Familiarity with using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate
• Hands-on experience with technical solutions using Power Apps and Power Platform
• Experience in SaaS and/or PaaS environments

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually
