Power Platform & Knowledge Management Specialist
Location: Hybrid (Chandler, Arizona | Charlotte, North Carolina | Dallas, TX)
Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr W2 (Dependent on Experience)
About the role
Modernize knowledge management and document lifecycle processes using SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPlatform tools. Consolidate multiple documentation repositories into a single, efficient system. Build and implement document approval workflows to streamline content management. Analyze program control documents and build Power Apps capabilities to automate and improve document governance, approval workflows, and lifecycle management. Enable Copilot search capabilities across internal content to improve information retrieval. Build PowerBI dashboards to support analysis of program metrics. Create user-friendly support pages for enterprise applications and develop decision/approval logs.
Responsibilities

- Enable Copilot search capabilities across internal content to improve information retrieval

- Create user-friendly support pages for enterprise applications and develop decision/approval logs
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including managing document repositories, content organization, and approval workflows
- Knowledge of document governance, knowledge management, document lifecycle management best practices, and workflow automation
- Ability to analyze program control documents and support automation within PowerApps
- Experience with Power BI dashboards and data analysis; Jira experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with experience working directly with business stakeholders
