Power Platform Specialist
About the role
This is a high-visibility role for someone who thinks like a product owner, governs like an architect, and communicates like a change leader. You'll set the vision for Power Platform across the enterprise and empower citizen developers to build within a safe, scalable framework.
Responsibilities
Own the strategy. Define and lead an enterprise Power Platform strategy and roadmap aligned to the organization's AI, automation, and digital transformation priorities.
Build the guardrails. Establish a governance model covering environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and full solution lifecycle management.
Connect the ecosystem. Drive integration between Power Platform and SharePoint to enable workflow automation and modern content management.
Set the standards. Serve as enterprise product owner for Power Platform, defining architecture standards and deployment models used across the organization.
Grow the community. Lead adoption efforts through training, enablement programs, and engagement with the citizen developer community.
Prove the value. Track adoption metrics, productivity gains, and ROI to demonstrate the business impact of the platform.
Requirements
Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
A strong background in SharePoint Online and content management practices.
Proven experience leading platform strategy, governance, or product ownership at an enterprise level.
Solid knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and DLP frameworks.
Experience with Copilot Studio within the Power Platform ecosystem.
A standardized, enterprise-wide Power Platform operating model.
Reduced risk from unmanaged apps and data exposure.
Scalable, SharePoint-integrated automation patterns adopted across teams.
Measurable productivity gains and cost savings tied directly to platform initiatives.
Qualifications
Location: Fully remote — candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central time zone.
Skills
