Company & team
365OPTIMIZERS is a Microsoft-adoption start-up helping SMEs work smarter with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Power Platform. Based at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, we work with a close-knit team of about ten colleagues to create solutions that add real value for our customers.
You’ll be part of the development team, collaborating closely with a Data Scientist, two other Power Platform Specialists, and a Business Consultant. Together, you’ll design and build smart solutions that are not only technically sound but also actively used in our customers’ daily operations.

Skills & Experience
Motivation beats talent—always. For this role, we’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience with the Power Platform to keep the team dynamic balanced. Additionally, it’s important that you recognize the value of AI and are open to actively applying it in your daily work.
Nice to have: Experience with Power Platform extensions like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and/or Microsoft Foundry.
