About the role
The position is listed on behalf of a partner company managing all applications and next steps. The partner is seeking a Power Platform Developer based in the United States for a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support a suite of business applications that improve workflow automation, data management, and operational visibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure applications remain efficient, secure, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Create polished and user-friendly interfaces for executive and non-technical users.
- Manage application lifecycle activities, including updates, maintenance, enhancements, and operational support.
- Create reporting and analytics capabilities, including dashboards and data export solutions.
- Configure SharePoint environments as structured repositories with metadata, libraries, and permissions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in application development or related technical roles.
- US Citizenship required.
- Absorbable to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent US-recognized education required.
- Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate workflows end-to-end.
- Experience designing intake processes, approval workflows, notifications, and automated routing solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Forms and integration with Power Automate.
- Experience configuring SharePoint as a structured document repository, including metadata, libraries, and permissions.
- Knowledge of Power BI dashboard development and Power Platform data integrations is a plus.
- Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing capabilities, Azure infrastructure, ALM, Azure DevOps, Git, APIs, or third-party integrations is a plus.
- Prior experience supporting government or federal environments is preferred.
