About the role

As a Power Platform Business Solutions team member in Crowe’s Consulting Practice, your role will be focused on helping clients resolve business needs to improve operating performance, use of technology, delivery of customer experiences, and/or management decision making. You will define, craft, develop, and implement business and technology solutions based on analysis of current practices, processes, technologies, and data in comparison to leading industry practices, technologies, and benchmarks.

At Crowe, consultants are expected to build both technical and transferable skills, think critically, and use technology—including emerging AI capabilities—to solve real business problems. In this role, you will continuously learn, collaborate across teams, and explore how tools can improve efficiency, insights, and client outcomes. As you grow, you’ll take ownership of client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and support the delivery of high-impact work. Developing a sense of account leadership, including understanding client needs, ensuring delivery excellence, and building trusted partnerships, is key to success.

Crowe cultivates a creative company culture where you will have the opportunity to share your ideas and knowledge with clients from your very first day. Our team comes from different backgrounds and experience levels and works across many client types and sizes, from small businesses to global companies, in industries such as financial services, manufacturing and distribution, public sector, and more.

  • Apply basic configuration within Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven) or Power Automate, following predefined templates, and implement out-of-the-box solutions (e.g., standard templates, connectors) for low-complexity scenarios.
  • Support testing of solution prototypes, confirming that features operate as intended (e.g., data flow, forms, simple automation), and flag issues or errors discovered during test execution; update test logs.
  • Maintain project artifacts and version control by adhering to firm standards for storing user stories, technical specs, or configuration changes in a designated repository and tracking revisions in tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse skillsets and geographies; strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; eager to learn new technologies and continuously upskill.
  • Basic understanding of process flows, databases, and cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Introductory experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and data storage platforms like SharePoint or Dataverse.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or basic SQL for simple data analysis.
  • Interest in or completion of Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) is a plus.

Qualifications
