Power Platform Architect - AI

For our client, we are seeking a Power Platform Architect - AI to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape the architecture and delivery approach for enterprise automation and AI-enabled solutions across a remote organization. You will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to turn platform strategy into scalable, governed implementations that improve efficiency and support long-term business outcomes. The position also involves mentoring team members, advancing best practices, and ensuring solutions are aligned with architectural standards and compliance expectations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Define and implement Power Platform strategy and delivery plans Identify automation and AI opportunities to enhance business processes Lead solutions from design through to support transition Drive initiative momentum by managing dependencies and removing blockers Mentor team members on best practices and platform capabilities Develop and mature governance frameworks and reusable components Monitor platform health and ensure compliance with architecture standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 12+ years in software engineering or enterprise technology leadership 7+ years of direct Microsoft Power Platform expertise 5+ years leading enterprise-scale Power Platform initiatives Proven ability to establish architecture standards and governance models Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills Hands-on leadership in a remote environment with strategic problem-solving Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development Mentoring relationships within the team Access to cutting-edge AI and Microsoft technologies Flexible remote work environment Supportive organizational culture focused on quality Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
