Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of enterprise Power Platform tenant architecture.
- Identify structural inefficiencies and implement scalable design improvements.
- Establish architectural standards and best practices across environments.
- Audit complex Power Automate flows and analyze interdependencies.
- Validate logic integrity, optimize performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot integration points and improve reliability.
- Assess and enforce data connector governance and credential handling practices.
- Implement least-privileged access models and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Align solutions with Microsoft 365 security and compliance frameworks.
- Define and validate environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod).
- Review ownership models, support structures, and lifecycle management practices.
- Maintain a clean, well-documented, and supportable ecosystem.
- Identify potential failure points and platform stability risks.
- Develop and execute remediation plans to ensure high availability.
- Improve monitoring, logging, and error-handling standards.
Experience Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale Power Platform environments.
- Hands-on expertise with: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
- Strong technical audit capabilities—ability to analyze and optimize existing solutions.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security models and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing environment routing, solution layering, and tenant-level controls.
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex integrations and optimizing flows.
- Knowledge of implementing enterprise governance models and DLP strategies.

- Strong understanding of scalable low-code architecture principles.
- Communication & Leadership: Ability to translate technical risks into business-focused recommendations.
